    Beef Tikka BBQ Recipe Ingredients:

    1 kg boneless meat

    3 TBSP papaya paste (paprika).

    *1 cup of oil

    *1-quart curd

    1tablespoon chilli flakes

    1 tablespoon ground red pepper


    1 tbs garam masala

    Optional: 1/2 teaspoon red food coloring

    1 teaspoon cumin powder

    1 tablespoon coriander powder

    2 TBSP of lemon juice.

    2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste

    1 tablespoon carom seeds

    Salt customization

    Ingredients for raita/sauce:

    *1 quart curd

    1/2 cup fresh green pepper

    1 cup fresh coriander

    1 cup fresh mint

    2 TBSP of lemon juice.

    1 tablespoon ground cumin

    6 garlic cloves

    # Tikka Boti Preparation:

    In a bowl, add yogurt, papaya, chilli flakes, chilli powder, garam masala, food color, cumin powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, caraway seeds, and salt. mix it well. 

    Marinate boneless beef for 5–6 hours or overnight. 

    If you need to cook quickly for guests and don’t have time to marinate for an extended period of time, or if you can’t be patient for food at all,

    Mix all the ingredients before putting the meat in the mixing bowl.

    Mix the paste ingredients thoroughly with the meat and set aside for 15 minutes to marinate.

    (You can also leave the meat in marination for 30 minutes to get the best results and taste what you want.) 

    Push the flames to put charcoal in the ring and cook the herbs on the stairs. Serve with raita/mint sauce and a salad. 

    Directions for mint sauce: Add green peppers, coriander leaves, mint leaves, lemon juice, cumin powder, garlic, and salt to a grinder. 

    Add water as needed, mix all these ingredients well and make a thick paste. Mix the paste into the yogurt and your mint sauce will be ready.

    For the ritual, mix this sauce paste in the yogurt for the ritual and mix it well in the yogurt.

    If your beef tikka boti is ready and cooked well, serve it with raita, salad, and sauce. Tikka is ready to serve.

    Preparation time: 40 minutes.

    Cooking time: 15 minutes.

    How to Cook Tikka Boti Recipe?
