    CHICKEN SHAWARMA Platter Recipe with Rice

     SHAWARMA SAUCE

    1 cup yogurt 

    1 tsp garlic mince

    2 tbsp tahini paste Salt to taste 

    1 tbsp lemon juice 

    2 tbsp mayonnaise Mix together. 

    SHAWARMA RICE

    2 cups heaped basmati rice ( wash and soak for 20 minutes then drain)

    1 small onion finely chopped 

    1 tsp salt or to taste 

    4 cups chicken stock 

    1/3 cup olive oil 

    1 tsp turmeric powder

    1 tsp cumin powder 

    1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 

    2 tsp crushed garlic

    1/2 tsp coriander powder

    1/4 tsp black pepper powder

    Method | Chicken Shawarma Platter

    1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 

    |*1/2 tsp black pepper powder 

    1 tsp red chili flakes. 

    Method | Shawarma Chicken Plate

    Lemon juice in a bowl mix, garlic, 2 spoons of olive oil, cumin powder, paprika, salt, turmeric powder, cinnamon, black pepper, and chili flakes.
