    STEPS TO MAKE Crockpot Black-Eyed Peas:

    01 – Take a bowl first to make a dish and soak this pea overnight. Fill the black-eyed peas with about two to three inches of water. So stay in the water and soften it. If any peas come over the water, you can get them out of the bowl.
