    • 4 (10 ounces) Delmonico steaks
    • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    • Salt and pepper
    • 2 large thinly sliced onions
    • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

    For Steak Sauce 

    • ½ cup extra virgin Olive Oil
    • 2  minced Garlic chopped
    • ¼ cup dry cooking sherry/crushed dried rosemary
    • 1 white medium Onion (boiling/chopped)
    • 1 cup canned tomatoes
    • ¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce
    • 1 tablespoon Black pepper
    • 2 tablespoons salt
    • ½ cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    • fresh parsley finely chopped for garnish

    Put the steak at room temperature for 1 hour.
