How to Make Ham /Beef and White Bean Soup Recipe

- 3 stalks celery
- 2 medium carrots chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic peeled and smashed
- 8 to 9 cups of water
- 7 cups chicken broth
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 8 ounces sausage cut into slices ½ inch
- 2 cups cooked diced / 1 piece ham (beef)
- 1½ tablespoons salt (to taste)
- 1 cup chopped kale , spanish or cabbage (optional)
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground pepper
- ½ teaspoon black pepper (to taste)
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme or dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin (optional)
- minced some parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions Ham and White Bean Soup Recipe
1- Cook the sauce in a vessel until the sauce is brown and the onion is tender. And remove fat. Mix beans, broth, water, spices, and peppers well. Keep them to boil and cover and boil for about 5 minutes at low heat.
