    Cut all the Onions finely and heat the oil in it by placing a pot on light heat and then fry the Onions in that oil until it is light brown.

    Now put the beef( mince) in it and cook it until it becomes unhealthy and this color becomes white….. Now add garlic and ginger paste to it and then mix it well… After mixing, add some water to it and mix it again. Dry it again… Now add it to yogurt, finely sliced tomatoes, and all spices. Keep the middle inch and cook it until its water is almost dry.

    Then add 2 glasses of water to it and cover the vessel and leave it to cook so that the camera can flower well. And cook till then.

    Now add beans to it and cook until the beans are soft.

     If the beans are soft, sprinkle the hot spice powder on them and then garnish them with green pepper, green coriander, and striped ginger, and lemon juice… Keema Lobia is ready to eat with chapati, Bread, or boiled rice.

    •∆• INGREDIENTS for Lobia Keema

    ▢½ kg. minced Beef 

    ▢1Cup of Lobia beans soaked in water for 4 hours up to overnight.

    ▢2 Tomatoes (chopped/paste).

    ▢1 onion (large size) 

    ▢6 tbs. Oil 

    ▢6 whole black pepper (Kali Mirch) 

    ▢1 cinnamon (medium piece).

    ▢6 Cloves (Laung) 

    ▢1 black Cardamom (Bari Ilaichi)

    ▢1/4 tsp. Cumin seeds (Zeera) 

    ▢1 tsp. Coriander (Dhaniya) powder 

    ▢1 tsp. Salt (according to taste). 

    ▢¼ tsp. turmeric (Haldi) powder 

    ▢¾ tsp. chili (Lal Mirch) powder 

    ▢1 tsp. Ginger (Adrak) paste 

    ▢1 tsp. Garlic (Lehsan) paste 

    ▢½ tsp. Garam masala powder

    ▢Fresh leafy coriander for garnish 

    •∆• INSTRUCTIONS for Lobia keema

    1- First of all, soak the beans in a vessel for more than 4 hours or overnight. When you have to cook it, take its water.

    2- Quick pot method first takes a pot and heat the oil in it. When the onion is golden brown, add it to the lime as well as add garlic and ginger paste and mix it well.

    3- When the water of the lime is dry, add white yellow, and proven hot spices.

     4- After that, add pasted coriander, dried red pepper powder, turmeric powder, and salt.

     5- Let it ripens for 3 to 4 minutes.

     Now add this tomato finely cut or paste, yogurt and cook for 3 more minutes.

     6- Now, let me mix the beans with water and put them in the spices, and add water. Shake it well. And close the lid and leave it to cook at low heat. Keep the spoon running in the middle for a while.

    7- When your food is cooked, add hot spices powder, and lemon juice to it and beef mince and beans recipes are ready to serve.

    8-Now take out a bowl and garnish it with green pepper and green leaves.

    Forgot to soak: forgot to soak then try to soak in warm water for – 1 hour and cook for longer, cook for about 20 minutes in a pressure cooker.
