    The name of this dish is not Singaporean rice because it came out of Singapore. however, this dish has nothing to do with Singaporean foods or Singaporean foods. This singaporean rice recipe is actually related to Karachi’s city of Karachi. This dish is one of the best foods and also delicious!

    At the beginning of this recipe was a wedding caterer who wanted to cook one dish for the wedding. And that’s why this caterer tried this recipe and made this dish in which he used rice, chicken, vegetables, noodles, and pepper spices to make this dish different and foreign due to the unique name singapuri rice.

    Singaporean Rice Recipe ingredients – 😍

    Ingredients For Garlic Rice:

    Basmati rice – ½ kg (boiled)

    Garlic – 4 to 5(chopped optional)

    Cumin powder (optional)

    Water – (as needed)

    Ingredients for noodles: 

    Noodles – 250g 

    Salt – (to taste)

    Oil -1 teaspoon 

    Water – (as required)

    Ingredients for spaghetti: 

    For stir-fried vegetables:

    Capsicums -3 (julienne cut)

    Carrots -3 (julienne cut) 

    Cabbage -1 small size (shredded)

    Salt – (to taste)

    Red chili flakes -½ teaspoon 

    Black pepper powder -½ teaspoon 

    Vinegar – 1 teaspoon 

    Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon 

    Ketchup – 2 tablespoon 

    Ingredients For Chicken:

    Boneless chicken – half kg

    Ginger garlic paste / powder – 1 teaspoon 

    Salt – 1/2 tsp ( to taste)

    Red chili powder – 1 tablespoon 

    Black pepper powder – ½ teaspoon 

    Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon 

    Orange food color – a pinch ( optional)

    Yogurt – 2 tablespoon 

    Ketchup – ½ cup

    Water – 1 cup 

    Ingredients For Chilli Mayonnaise Sauce:

    Mayonnaise – 1 cup

    Chili garlic sauce – 3 tablespoons

    Ketchup – ½ cup 

    Salt – (to taste)

    Black pepper – ¼ teaspoon 

    Ingredients For Garnishing :

    Chopped green onion for garnish 

    Fried garlic cut into slices

    Fried green chilies 


    1For Rice :

    Gently boil the rice, and remove the extra water and heat it again, mix it well with soya sauce, pepper, and vinegar.

    2-For Noodles :

    Boil water and boil noodles by pouring some oil into it. Do not boil noodles for the Singapore rice recipe because they will also fry them with a little vegetable and sauce.

    Now heat the oil near 2 tablespoons in a pan at medium heat and fry the ginger garlic paste slightly in the oil.

    If ginger garlic paste is Fried for about 25 to 30 seconds, then add all the vegetables and the rest of the sauce and mix them all to the tender-crisp.

    Add the soaked noodles to the vegetable mix. Put aside.

    3-For Saute :

     Now add boiled noodles to vegetables and mix them well. Then remove the heat and put it aside.

    4-For Chicken :

    Then heat the oil in, then add it to ginger garlic saute, and chopped chicken.

    And keep on medium heat and saute. So that all the chicken colors change. And get Fried properly.

    Then add all the ingredients to spice it up like soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, and red pepper powder, and cook it for two to three minutes.

    Now put hot sauce, ketchup, and a little water and cook it on light heat for 5 minutes. You can keep this chicken with less or more sauce and water or dry.

     Adjust the taste of the Singaporean rice recipe as you like.

    5-For Chilli Mayonnaise Sauce:

    Now Mayonnaise, Chilli garlic sauce, Ketchup, Salt, and Black pepper add all the ingredients together as directed and mix well. And put it aside.

    6-For Layering :

     Take a large rice dish/platter in it, then remove the rice in this layer and spread the noodles well, then spread the chicken well over the noodles, and then add the sauce to it if you have extra sauce.

    7-For Baghar:

     Finally heat two to three tablespoons of oil in a small pan and cook garlic on light heat and then add green pepper after the garlic is golden, cook them carefully for 25 to 30 seconds.

    Now carefully pour this garlic and green pepper from the spoon into the bhager Singapore Fried rice dish. If you want to put it in the oil, put it otherwise it is not needed.

    -°- NOTE :

    Hot sauce: 

    Can also use chili sauce or chili garlic sauce and ketchup if not hot sauce. Get rid of what you like with this dish.


    Add one teaspoon of chili flakes and finely chopped green peppers to make chicken and spice.

    Have stale rice? 

    Heat it by inches by putting soy sauce and pepper from above.
